Description

This workshop focusses on nerves how to manage them, what to do if they hit unexpectedly, and how to channel nervous energy into peak performance. The workshop will be hands-on and experiential, you will learn what feels good (to be practised), from what feels unhelpful (to be avoided). Please dress for comfort expecting to move, and actively engage with the material you will learn how to best use your: body, breath, voice, words and the way you connect with your audience, in environments of very real time and competitive pressures. Amanda has coached 3MT winners and competed herself – she draws from personal and professional experience to ensure relevant targeted content.
